Dental insurance
$99 New-Patient Special: Exam and X-Rays. The $99 fee covers a comprehensive new-patient exam by a licensed dentist and the X-rays the dentist determines are necessary. It does not include a cleaning, periodontal (gum) therapy, fluoride, advanced imaging such as a 3D/CBCT scan, or any other treatment. Any additional services recommended or provided are billed separately at our regular fees, and we'll review costs with you before treatment. Available only to self-pay patients age 18 and over who have not been seen at any Indy Smile Group office (Smile Dentistry in Fishers, Simply Smile Dentistry in Carmel, or Simply Smile Dentistry in North Indy) in the past 3 years. Not valid for urgent or problem-focused visits (see our $99 Urgent Dental Visit offer). Not valid with dental insurance and cannot be combined with insurance benefits or any other offer or discount. Not available to patients enrolled in Medicaid (including Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Care Connect, and PathWays), Medicare or Medicare Advantage, or any other government-funded or managed care dental plan. One per patient; no cash value; not transferable. Valid for appointments scheduled and completed by December 31, 2026. Fee is payable at the visit.

Through the Connection Dental and Zelis networks we're also in-network with many PPO plans from Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Ameritas, Principal, Sun Life, GEHA and UMR. Do you take my insurance?

Can the new-patient special be combined with insurance or Medicaid?
The $99* special covers the exam and X-rays only. It cannot be combined with insurance. Medicaid and managed care plans are not eligible for the special. Indiana Medicaid is still accepted for regular care, as are many Medicare dental plans. Call your office and we will check your benefits.
How do I get an urgent visit if I have dental insurance?
